Creating User Account:
Before you start shopping on Happy Hours, you need to create a personal user account by giving us information which will allow us to communicate with you regarding your transactions.

Registering a new account:
Click here to register yourself and start shopping at Happy Hours. Your registration information will be kept confidential in conformance to our Privacy Policy. Please note that your registration is limited to only the countries displayed in the drop down while registering.

Placing an Order:
You can follow these simple steps to place an order on Happy Hours:

1. Selecting a Product
You will have to click on the Products link on the top of the homepage. This will take you to the product category listing page, to view the products within a category you will have to click on the Category image. This will take you to a product listing page which will list the various Packs (Units) of the selected product.

2. Adding Items to Cart
While browsing through gift items, if you wish to purchase anything you can simply do so by clicking on 'Add to Cart'  icon seen below an item that you wish to buy. This way you can add it to your Shopping Cart. Each time you add an item to your cart, the screen will display your Shopping Cart Contents. You can select the color and quantity of items. Weight in grams of the product and sub-total is also displayed there. You can also write something in the space provided under Personalization to make your purchase personal. You may continue adding items that you intend to purchase to your Shopping Cart until you wish to check out.

3. Checking Out
After you have finished selecting gifts, you can review the list and prices of your chosen item/s clicking on the 'View Cart' link available on the top-right corner of every page on the site. You may add more items, remove any item/s that you do not wish to purchase, or change quantity of purchase from this list before checking out. After reviewing the items listed in the Shopping Cart and their pricing details, you can click on 'Checkout' button which to start the ordering process.

4. Giving Delivery Details
In the ordering process, you will be asked to provide us the delivery details including the delivery address, approximate delivery date (wherever applicable) and any message that you wish to send along with the gift. Before you confirm your order, you will be shown all the order details along with the shipping and other charges and special discounts (if applicable)

5. Making Payment:
If you reside in India  you can either pay by cheque, demand draft or online payment through a credit /debit card facility
For customers who are not in India but in any of the other 30 countries that are listed, they have the option of paying directly through credit card only, as per the following details shown.

Diners Club Card/American Express/JCB and Visa.

Alternatively you may also pay using ATM-cum-Debit Card or Internet enabled bank account of various leading banks. Further you may even opt for paying by Paymate (Mobile Payment) and by ITZ Cash Cards.

There are specific charges in terms of courier rates applicable depending on the type of courier you have selected; namely; Air Lifted and Speed Post. You can also opt for a direct on-line payment using your credit card by simply clicking on Checkout.

6. Confirmation & Delivery:
As soon as we receive the payment authorization, a confirmation mail will be sent to you.
You can expect shipment to be dispatched with in 3 working days and your order should reach you within 7 working days if in India and 10-12 days if any where else in the world.

Canceling an Order:
You can cancel any order placed by you at the store within 24 hours of making the transaction. The cancel and order link will not be available to you after 24 hours. There will be no refund of money, a credit note will be issued that will be valid for a period of 6 months.

Using my Account

Updating My Account Details:
You can change your My Account details (e.g. contact address, telephone number, password etc.) available with us by logging into My Account and accessing the My Profile page where you can view your personal details submitted to us. By clicking the 'Edit Profile' button, you will be able to update any information therein.

The Featured Products and Deal of the Week are displayed and updated on the Homepage.
